Q: How long does it take to get my domain name appraisal?
A: Please allow up to 2 days to receive the appraisal.  Often the appraisal results will be delivered to you within 24 hours however. 

Q: What domain extensions (TLD’s) do you appraise?
A: Currently we appraise the following TLD's:

.com
.net
.org
.biz
.us
.info
.mobi
.cc
.fm
.tv
.co.uk

Feel free to email us if you have a different TLD name.  We may be able to appraise it and will promptly return your email indicating whether you should submit the name. 

Q: How do I receive my domain name appraisal?
A: Upon completion of your domain name appraisal you will be emailed a detailed report of the domain appraisal results.  Please be sure to check your SPAM filters & folders as the results could be misdirected to your junk mail folder. 

Q: How do you determine the value of a domain?
A: We have a unique domain valuation process.  It involves many factors which can be found on our methodology page.  

Q: Can I see a sample of one of your domain name appraisals?
A: Yes. Click on this link to see a sample. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept only PayPal.  If you would like to pay by another means please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No. You are paying for the time of our domain professionals to research the fair market value of a domain name.  This no refund policy is consistent with other appraisal services. 

Q: Do you appraise developed web sites?
A: Yes but our appraisal results are strictly based on the value of the domain name itself.   

Q: There are some free domain valuation sites out there.  What is your opinion of them? 
A: We urge you not to use them for unregistered domain names.  Many of them will immediately register any available domain names of value that you submit to them for appraisal.  They are designed for batch processing of large quantities of names so we advise you to use them only for scanning purposes and not to value your domain names on.
